Some days call for more than a single hour of relaxation — they call for a ritual. That’s the idea behind our newest offering, the La Vie Renewal Ritual: a three-session wellness journey designed to take you from tension to total renewal, one step at a time.
What Is the La Vie Renewal Ritual?
Inspired by the French approach to self-care — slow, intentional, and deeply restorative — this package pairs three of our most requested treatments into a single, guided experience. Rather than booking sessions one at a time, you move through a purposeful sequence: Release, Restore, and Renew.
The Three-Session Journey
Release — Frenchy Spa Signature Massage (60 minutes). A personalized, full-body massage blending multiple techniques to ease tension and quiet a busy mind.
Restore — Lymphatic Drainage Massage (90 minutes). A gentle, hands-on lymphatic drainage massage that supports natural detox, reduces puffiness, and leaves the body feeling lighter.
Renew — Hot Stone Massage (90 minutes). Warm basalt stones combined with skilled massage technique for deep muscle relaxation and a truly restful finish.
What It’s Worth — And What You Pay
Booked individually, these three sessions add up to $455. As a Renewal Ritual package, they’re offered together for $429 — a thoughtful package price for a complete, three-part self-care experience.
Who This Package Is For
The La Vie Renewal Ritual is a wellness package, not a post-surgical recovery program. It’s built for anyone who wants to slow down and give their body real, sustained attention — whether you’re managing everyday stress, recovering from a busy travel season, or simply overdue for a reset.
Why a Multi-Session Ritual Works Better Than a Single Massage
A single massage can help you feel better for a day or two, but the La Vie Renewal Ritual is designed around a different idea: sustained, layered care. Each session in the La Vie Renewal Ritual builds on the last, moving your body through release, restoration, and renewal instead of asking one hour to do all the work. Research from the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health notes that massage may help reduce stress and promote relaxation, and many clients find that spacing sessions across a guided sequence extends those benefits further than a single visit.
What to Expect Between Sessions
Most clients complete their La Vie Renewal Ritual over two to three weeks, spacing each session a few days apart so the body has time to integrate each phase. You’re welcome to book all three sessions back-to-back if your schedule allows, but we generally recommend spreading out the La Vie Renewal Ritual so the Release, Restore, and Renew phases each have room to take effect.
Is the La Vie Renewal Ritual Right for You?
If you’ve been meaning to prioritize self-care but keep putting it off, the La Vie Renewal Ritual gives you a clear, guided path instead of having to plan three separate appointments on your own. It’s a popular choice for birthdays, seasonal resets, or simply as a dedicated commitment to your own wellness. Many clients tell us the La Vie Renewal Ritual feels less like a spa visit and more like a genuine reset for both body and mind.
